Terms
- Full payment is required before an advertisement will be posted.
- Traverse City Kids, LLC does not create, own, or warranty advertisements provided by the advertiser.
- Advertisements will be posted within 48hrs of receipt of the following items: Advertisement Image, Web Address, Contact Information and Payment.
- Advertisements will be posted to the website within 48 hrs of receipt and run consecutively, totaling the number of days purchased. (I.E. Purchasing 2 months of advertising would equal 60 consecutive calendar days).
- Advertisements must be submitted in PDF, JPEG, GIF, or PNG format.
- Traverse City Kids, LLC retains the right to review and approve all advertisement.
- Traverse City Kids, LLC carries competitive advertisement and does not offer exclusitivity, either as to entire content such as a co-branded part of the site, or as specific pages within a site.
- Traverse City Kids, LLC retains the right to remove advertising a) if the advertiser fails to fulfill payment on this agreement or b) in the event that we receive notification that the advertising is claimed to infringe on the rights of a third party.
- We do not warranty or guarantee the performance of this site or of other internet browser technology.
- These terms are subject to change.
